Design GalleryMelbourne Kitchen DesignStunning features and clever design make this apartment kitchen a nice little gem. It integrates wonderfully with the adjoining living spaces and that’s largely thanks to the suspended island benchtop. It’s been designed to sit at a lower height and has been off-set against the rest of the kitchen. Suspending the benchtop creates the illusion of space as well as provide an extra dining spot.
The Queensland blackwood veneer looks beautiful and is a lovely warm tone that balances nicely with the cool whites. The vitrified porcelain tiles, laid in a brick pattern, acknowledge the traditional architecture of the apartment.
